As the weather gets warmer and the schedule demands more attention while juggling between a kaleidoscope of events to attend, this particular event definitely made the countdown worthwhile. One of a million things that make New Yorkers happy is to be seen and to be part of something cool and unique.
On Friday, June 10, the Hornblower Infinity Yacht hosted the best way to experience a grand tasting which includes over 150 Rosé wines. Yes, not your typical wine tasting in the double digits, this was intensely epic and fun. Can you think of any other better way to kick off the weekend?!
La Nuit en Rosé returned to New York City and offered guests and wine enthusiasts alike the chance of a lifetime (perhaps) to get together, create memories, while sipping on Rosé and participating in social traditions to take selfies cruising along the Hudson River.
The “tour” started in Miami back in April, cruised to the west coast in Los Angeles and then saved the best for last in the Big Apple. Celebrating its third year, guests tasted incredible and delicious small bites presented by local chefs.
Oh yes, let’s not forget the VIP Lounge highlighting a Champagne Rosé Bar and Still Rosé Bar.
Since Rosé is starting to reach its peak this event introduced guests to up and coming lifestyle pop-ups featuring luxury brands such as Ferrari, Thomas Pink, Chandon and so much more. By the way, this is the world’s first food & wine tasting festival specializing in Rosé – being part of it made it all the worth while because it’s always good to be part of new history in the making.
Patrick Bouquet, the founder of La Nuit en Rosé, is on a mission to increase the trend on Rosé wine and to make a statement that this is not the end – but only the beginning to celebrate the blossoming popularity of rose wines from all around the world.
