Complimentary Fitness Classes in the Hamptons

Heading out East this summer?  After Memorial Day, many New Yorker’s head to the Hamptons to enjoy the beach, the nightlife and maybe a glass or two of rosé.

However, If you’re looking to incorporate a little fitness into your weekend, check out of one the free classes provided by LuluLemon with Lululemon East Hampton Sweats and their Residency pop-up!

Here’s the current schedule for all the fun fitness activities going on this summer.  However, be sure to check out the website before heading over!

 

 

July:

♦ Sunday Yoga – Sundays 11am *complimentary yoga every Sunday with our favorite instructors from the community.

♦ Run Club-  Mondays 6pm *bring your run (3-5 miles) outside for the season with lululemon & Gubbins

♦The Class by Taryn Toomey- Monday-Saturday 9:30am- 10:45, Sundays 9:30am – 10:30am.

The Class by Taryn Toomey is a cathartic movement experience. Through simple, repetitive calisthenics and plyometrics, participants challenge the body to engage the mind. With guided instruction and carefully curated music, this class invites students to witness their resistance to discomfort. The result is an expansive, heart-opening, body-strengthening release. This class will challenge and enlighten you all while building an incredibly strong, lean, resilient body.

 

♥♥ July 17-31, East Hampton:   HUB seventeen presents: The Residency
Through the principles of the #sweatlife, lululemon will curate experiences that celebrate the local Hamptons community through daily workouts, curated dinners, outdoor film screenings, live music and panel discussions at a house “pop-up”. Additionally, lululemon’s The Residency will take adventure outside the house by hosting hikes, runs + paddle-boarding experiences.

 

August:
